coverage in the area so they may take breaks, help watch items on the tables and assist participants with
bidding and questions. Also to keep a watch on the A&S display area as well.

Anyone wishing to donate something to the silent auction may bring the items to the A&S tent area on
Friday evening at 6pm. The auctioneer will collect and prepare the items for the auction.

Security volunteers should be a minimum of 18 years old. Volunteers will meet at the Troll area for
shift changes. Passing on the walkie and any pertinent information. All issues of concern should be
brought to the attention of the Security Supervisor . Late evening shift (2am-8am) will be an on-call
basis, if any problems should arise during these hours members are asked to contact the Security
Supervisor at their camp. Be safe.
