Fire, Ice and Water ! oh my,,,
I was informed today that the water pump near the list field is broken!
Please make arrangements to bring water or containers!
There is a place to get potable water on site but it is across the park!
Please ask at Troll for this location. We are very sorry for the inconvenience!

Thank you so much to Lady Catriona Roche for supplying free firewood in the past years but this year she is unable to.
Firewood and Ice can be purchased across the park at the ranger's station. Showers are also on that side.
Firewood - $5 per rack, bigger than the bundles you buy at the gas station.
Ice - $2 for a 7 lb. bag
        
$4 for a 21 lb. bag
There will be no organized children's activities this year at Poor Man's Pennsic.
All children must be in attendance with a parent or guardian and know where they are at all times.
Chili Feed
Collecting all donations of chili.
Anyone wishing to give should

Anyone wishing to participate in Equestrian activities
must contact the Marshal prior to the event to make arrangements to ride or bring their own horse.

Silent Auction
Where: A&S tent area
Anyone wishing to donate something to the silent auction may bring the items to the A&S tent area on Saturday from 8am-10am.
   
Lady Keara will collect and prepare the items for display in the auction.
When: Saturday 10am-3pm.
Must be 18 to participate.
Starting bids and increments will be posted on the signup sheets.

"Luck of the Draw Tourney"
11 am - goes till we have a winner.
It will be a double elimination tourney. Fighters names will be put in a hat, and drawn to see who they fight. You might even get to fight the same opponent again, that's the luck of the draw. A prize will be given to the winner.


Break for lunch after tourney
If marshal is present there can be pick up fighting.

"Cross my Bridge will you?"
2 p.m. -  starts off the melee tourney. Resurrection battle. Fighters will
split into 2 groups, one to defend the bridge and fortress and one to try and break in and take the flag safely back to there starting point. Each team will each have 15 minutes to accomplish there goal with a break in between the changing of sides after 15 minutes of the battle there will be no resurrection and goes till the last fighter is standing.

Fashion Show
Where: Picnic Table Seating Area
When: Saturday at Noon

You must bring a prepared 3x5 card describing your attire, what century it is from, where it is from and your SCA name.
Participants will meet in the A&S tent area at 11:30 am for lineup and collect of cards.

General Notes
Topics ("basic", "intermediate") are general ideas. We are open to adjusting topics and projects to suit skills and who shows up when. Timothy will be bringing tong blanks if anyone needs to forge new tongs or learn to make them. They are $7.50 a set (cost).
