| Fees Non-refundable Merchant Fee = $15 for each merchant space. Each space equals approximately14’x24’ in size. Spaces are located in a wooded area. There is no electricity at this site. This fee covers camping within your merchant space. NO pets are allowed in the merchant area. If you are camping outside of your merchant space, a $ 15 per sleeping tent fee will apply and can be paid for along with your Site fee upon arrival. Only non-refundable Merchant fee is required for pre-registration, please make check or money order payable to: SCA, Shire of Falcon’s Keep. All merchants MUST send a copy of the Wisconsin Temporary Event Operator and Seller Information form (S-240) with their pre-registration. Note: Food merchants MUST comply with all state and local licensing regulations and food safety standards. ALL forms must be filled out and mailed along with fees to the Merchantocrat by the July 15th deadline. It is on a first come first served basis, sites can not be reserved without the preregistration fee. Questions can be addressed to the Merchantocrat. Arrival for merchants is Friday AM, unless otherwise arranged with the merchantocrat and autocrat.
