Herald's Point

4-5 persons needed. Saturday 10am-5pm. Volunteers needed to assist the Herald in this area between the hours of 10am-5pm on
Saturday. Collecting messages, coordinating announcements and assist with camp cries.

Information Table

4-5 persons needed. Saturday 10am-5pm. Knowledgeable SCA members needed to assist staff by offering information about the SCA, the
local group, and the event. To answer questions for members and public, providing newcomer pamphlets and event fliers to participants.

Chiurgeon

4-5 persons needed. Saturday 10am-5pm. Volunteers needed to assist the Chiurgeon by providing coverage in the area so they may take
break, assisting the Chiurgeon with injuries and other aid related situations.

Silent Auction

3-4 persons needed. Saturday 10am-3pm. Volunteers needed to assist the Auctioneer by providing coverage in the area so they may take
breaks, help watch items on the tables and assist participants with bidding and questions. Also to keep a watch on the A&S display
area as well.
Guidelines will be posted that day.

Anyone wishing to donate something to the silent auction may bring the items to the A&S tent area on Friday evening at 6pm. The
auctioneer will collect and prepare the items for the auction.

Classes

8-10 persons needed. Friday and Saturday. Volunteers needed to teach classes at this event. Type and name of class, brief description,
teacher name and where from, preference of time or any other pertinent details. To be held in the A&S tent area.

Fashion Show

Many needed. Saturday. You must bring a prepared 3x 5 card describing your attire, what century it is from, where it is from and your
SCA name. (including garb and accessories)
SS, - short and simple. Participants will meet in the A&S tent area at 11:30 am for lineup and collecting cards.

Arts and Sciences Display

Many needed. Saturday. Bring a project, finished or in process, to display for others to look at. Also a brief description of the project
and your comments about it.

Chili Feed

Many needed. Friday evening. A meal of chili given freely to all those who seek nourishment on the eve of Friday after all their hard
work and long venture to the site. A donation of chili or other items needed for the meal would be greatly appreciated.

Set-up - Friday

All volunteers must be familiar with the site rules .
Contact your staff supervisor upon arrival for any updates and instructions.
A large map will be posted at Troll for Staff and Members to mark where they are camped.

2-3 persons per shift. Friday and Saturday. Persons handling money must be an official SCA member of the
local group and approved by the exchequer. Others are needed to assist with paperwork and tokens.

Many needed, Thursday and Sunday. Everyone should clean their own areas in which they camped, dispose
of trash properly. Contact the grounds keeping supervisor upon arrival for directions.
